How to take reservations from your Business WhatsApp

Do customers contact you on your restaurant’s Business WhatsApp number? 


Add a link to your online booking form in automated chat messages sent via WhatsApp to start getting more reservations instantly.


To note: You need to have a WhatsApp business account


1. Go to Settings > Business Tools



2. Scroll to “Greeting Message”



3. Enter an appropriate automated message, and add a link to your online booking widget for customers to make a reservation.



You can find your dedicated booking widget link from app.tableo.com


Settings > Settings > Online bookings and scroll down to find your dedicated widget link.
