How to brand your email confirmations

Your restaurant, your style!

With Tableo, you can personalise the confirmation emails and reminders automatically sent to your guests and internally to your restaurant managers — making them fully reflect your brand.

Note: Email customisation is available exclusively on Gold subscriptions.

To customise your emails:

From the side menu, go to Settings > Booking Settings > E-Mail Customisations.




From there, you can:

1. Upload your restaurant’s logo
 Upload your logo directly from your computer, laptop, or tablet in SVG, JPG, PNG, or WEBP format.
 Recommended size: 
150 x 150 px
.



By uploading your logo, you’ll replace the default Tableo logo shown in your outgoing emails. You’ll be asked to confirm before replacing it.



2. Show or hide the cancellation note
 You can decide whether to include the note:
“Should something come up and you are unable to attend, kindly cancel your booking.”
 Simply toggle the switch 
on or off depending on your preference.




3. Set your email brand colours
 Customise your email design using the side buttons to adjust:

  • Background colour

  • Font colour

  • Primary and secondary button colours

  • Button font colour
