When accepting booking payments through ZruPay, there are two types of fees to consider:
ZruPay fee: €0.10 + applicable VAT per successful transaction.
Payment provider fee: Each payment provider connected through ZruPay applies its own processing fee. These fees are agreed directly between you and the payment provider and may vary depending on the provider and payment method used.
ZruPay does not charge any setup fees or require a long-term commitment.
Example: For a successful €50 booking payment:
ZruPay fee: €0.10 + applicable VAT
Payment provider fee: As charged by your selected payment provider
The total cost will therefore depend on the payment provider and payment method used, in addition to the fixed ZruPay fee.
