The Concierge add-on system allows you to create a unique affiliate or referral booking link to share with hotel receptionists, event planners, and DMCs that pass on business to your restaurant.
Tableo keeps track whenever an affiliate books a table for guests using their unique link ID. This allows the restaurant to monitor the number of bookings the affiliate generates and to reward accordingly.
1. From the side menu, go to Marketplace and check the Other Features segment. Make sure the Concierge & Affiliate System toggle is enabled.
2. We can start managing the Concierge by clicking directly on the Access Settings option shown above, or from the side menu, Concierge. To add a new one, click on the + Add new concierge button in the top right corner.
3. A new tab will open for you to fill in your concierge details. Make sure to enable the Active button to show it, and click the Save button when finished.
4. You will see your new concierge on the main page with its affiliate link. You can access it in the Referral Link column and share it with your affiliate. You can also easily see the number of bookings coming in, as well as being able to make changes by clicking the Edit option on the right.
5. To create a concierge report, just click on the Concierge Report in the top right corner.
You can also access it from the side menu, Reports > Concierge Report. Here you can view detailed information about your individual Concierge links. You can also filter the data by a specified date range for easier analysis.
