How to deactivate Reserve with Google

Deactivating reservations from Google is relatively easy and can be done by following these steps:

Firstly you must log into your Tableo account:

1. Go to your settings page

2. Click on Booking Channels

3. Deactivate Google Channel by making sure it is turned grey and it’s no longer blue

It’s literally that simple, the deactivation usually takes a few hours and the Reserve a table button will no longer be visible.

What if the Reserve a table button is still visible after 24hrs?

In that case you must make sure that Tableo is the only Reserve with Google partner you are integrated with. If your restaurant is using the service of another Reserve with Google partner, then you must contact your service provider directly as the toggle switch will only deactivate the Reserve with Google integration with Tableo.

What if I can’t log into Tableo?

If you can’t login to Tableo you can try resetting your password by going here https://app.tableo.com/password/reset and follow the instructions.

If you account has been de-activated, your Reserve with Google integration will be deactivated along with the account after a few hours, but rest assured even if it’s visible, no further bookings will be able to go through.

If you still should have access to your account but are not able to deactivate it, feel free to fill in a support request here https://faq.tableo.com/support/tickets/new

Can I decide to switch Reserve with Google back on?

Yes, this is entirely at the discretion of the restaurant, as long as you have an active Tableo account, you can switch your integration on and off as you see fit. You can reactivate it by following these steps:

1. Go to your settings page

2. Click on Booking Channels

3. Activate the Google Channel by making sure it is turned blue and you will be reactivated with 24hrs of re-activation.
