How to add or remove a dining area?

1. From the side menu, go to Settings > Account Settings > Dining Areas.

2. On the screen, you will see all the dining areas you already have. The numbers on the left side indicate the order in which they are shown on your Diary. You can easily change that by clicking the arrows. Also, you will be able to take a quick look at each dining area configuration (ex: if they are visible in the widget and in Google).

To add a new dining area, click the button at the top right of the screen + Add dining area.

3. A new tab will open, where you can search for new dining areas already set up by tipping or just scrolling through. Just by clicking the Add+ option on the right, the new dining area will be created and will be visible on the screen.

If the one you wish for is not on the list, you can click the Request it here option at the bottom. A new tab will open where you can type the dining area you wish for, and by clicking the right arrow, a Heads Up! notification will appear. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. By clicking on the arrow on the right part of the screen in each dining area, details will be expanded. From there, you can upload photos, write a description, and manage their visibility. Changes will be saved automatically. Also, you can delete it if you want. 

5. If you choose to hide this dining area from your widget, simply disable the option by clicking the toggle as shown above. The legend below the selected dining area will automatically read: Hidden from widget, in red letters.

If you don’t want the dining areas to be shown in the widget automatically when they’re fully booked or unavailable, enable the toggle titled Hide unavailable dining areas in widget.
