1. From the side menu, go to Marketplace and check the Payment Add-on segment. Make sure the Products toggle is enabled.

2. Then, again from the side menu, go to Service & Events > Products & Experiences. To create a new product, click on the + Add Product button in the top right corner.

3. A new tab will open where you need to first fill in your product details: name, type, and description. About the types of products:
Experience: Something that guests take part in, booked for the whole party and price per guest.
Menu: A set menu chosen up instead of ordering at the table. Price per guest.
Add-on: An extra sold on top of the booking. Price it per guest or per item so guests choose a quantity. It is not mandatory.
Below, you can set your pricing settings if desired. On the right, you can add an image of your product and activate/deactivate widget settings. Choose which dining areas this product will be attached to.
Also, you can enable the Single Select option if needed, which means that all guests in the same booking must select the same product type. You can make this selection mandatory for guests by enabling the Force Select option.

If you scroll down, you can choose which service hours and days you would like this product to be linked to.

When finished, click the Create Product button below.
4. If you go back to the main Products & Experiences section, you will now see your new product and an overview of the details. You can edit it by clicking the Edit button or archive it by clicking on the three dots on the right.

Note: If you want special service hours to apply, remember to set these first. Read our article on How to set special service hours.
If you are creating a Product for a children’s menu, ensure you have kids enabled in your booking widget setting found in Settings > Booking settings.
